A Literature Review: Agreeableness and Leadership

Effective leadership requires one kind of personality - to be bold - to be able to harnish people whenever needed. If this is true, agreeableness, one of the big-five personalities, may contribute negatively to the effectiveness of leadership. So it is worthwhie to explore the relationship between agreeableness and effectivness of leadership through an unthorough literature review which summarizes materials collected mainly from Internet search.
